Can I walk around while using it?
Yes. The wrap is cordless once charged, and the controller clips securely to the strap.
Will it fit over leggings?
Light reaches the skin best with direct contact, so we recommend using it on bare skin.
Can I use it on other areas?
It is shaped for the knee but also works around the elbow. For the lower back, see the Recovery Belt.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the silicone pad with a damp cloth and mild soap. The neoprene sleeve can be hand-washed after removing the controller.

Comfortable and cordless
