Solbeam 1000 is a wide-format panel for full-torso sessions and households where more than one person keeps a routine. At 12 inches it covers the front or back of the body from head to hip.
It is the panel we use in our own office, the one most clinics start with, and the centerpiece of the Pro System.

Will it hang on a door?
It will hang on most solid-core doors with the Door Mount, but at 12 lb we recommend the Floor Stand for everyday use.
How far should I sit from the panel?
Most people use the Solbeam 1000 at 6–12 inches. Closer feels warmer and more concentrated; farther covers more area. The quick-start card in the box walks through both.
How long is a session?
Most routines run 10–20 minutes, 3–5 times per week. The built-in timer turns the panel off automatically, so you can set it and relax.
Do I need eye protection?
The LEDs are bright. We include a pair of protective glasses with every panel and recommend wearing them or keeping your eyes closed during sessions.
Can I connect it to other panels?
Yes. Solbeam 300, 600, 1000 and 1500 panels link with the Panel Link Cable, so you can build a larger setup over time and run it from one outlet.

Worth the upgrade
I run marathons and use this after long weekend runs. My legs feel ready sooner, and the large panel makes sessions quick. Shipping to Florida took four days.
Excellent build
