Solbeam 300 is the panel most people start with. It covers the face and upper body at close range, mounts over a standard door in seconds, and is quiet enough to use while you read.
Red and near-infrared channels switch independently, and the built-in timer handles the rest. It is the core of our Starter System, and it links with larger panels when you are ready to grow your setup.

How far should I sit from the panel?
Most people use the Solbeam 300 at 6–12 inches. Closer feels warmer and more concentrated; farther covers more area. The quick-start card in the box walks through both.
How long is a session?
Most routines run 10–20 minutes, 3–5 times per week. The built-in timer turns the panel off automatically, so you can set it and relax.
Do I need eye protection?
The LEDs are bright. We include a pair of protective glasses with every panel and recommend wearing them or keeping your eyes closed during sessions.

Quiet and well built
I was worried about fan noise but it is barely noticeable. The housing is aluminum and feels sturdy. I use it after evening lifts and it is part of my wind-down.
Happy with it
Setup was easy and the instructions were clear. I wish the remote had a backlight for using it in a dark room. Still a solid panel for the price.
