Solbeam 600 doubles the light field of the 300 in a tall, narrow panel that covers from shoulders to thighs in a single session. It is our most popular panel with runners, lifters and cyclists who want one routine for the whole posterior chain.
The aluminum chassis, twin quiet fans and independent red/near-infrared channels are the same as our flagship panels, in a size that still fits behind a bedroom door.

Is the 600 a good first panel?
Yes, especially if you want to cover your legs and back. The Performance System pairs it with the Floor Stand for $329.
How far should I sit from the panel?
Most people use the Solbeam 600 at 6–12 inches. Closer feels warmer and more concentrated; farther covers more area. The quick-start card in the box walks through both.
How long is a session?
Most routines run 10–20 minutes, 3–5 times per week. The built-in timer turns the panel off automatically, so you can set it and relax.
Do I need eye protection?
The LEDs are bright. We include a pair of protective glasses with every panel and recommend wearing them or keeping your eyes closed during sessions.
Can I connect it to other panels?
Yes. Solbeam 300, 600, 1000 and 1500 panels link with the Panel Link Cable, so you can build a larger setup over time and run it from one outlet.

My post-lift routine
Ten minutes in front of the 600 after training has become a habit. The panel stays cool to the touch and the fans are quiet. Packaging was excellent.
Great panel, heavy for a door
Works great and feels premium. It is a bit heavy for an over-door hanger, so I moved it to the floor stand. Would recommend pairing them.
